Position: E-Commerce Specialist

Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-time/Full-time/Freelance/Evening hours

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations: Manage and maintain our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, timely updates, and a smooth user experience.
Webshop Building & Maintenance: Work on adding new products, optimizing existing listings, and improving the overall functionality of our webshop to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Product Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trending products and new opportunities for expanding our product offering.
Data Management & Reporting: Use Excel to manage product data, track sales trends, analyze performance, and generate reports to support decision-making.
SEO & Content Management: Optimize product descriptions and content for search engines to improve product visibility and attract more customers.
Customer Experience: Ensure that all online orders are processed efficiently, addressing any issues related to order fulfillment, product queries, or customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or webshop management (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms)
Strong knowledge of Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting
Excellent research skills and an understanding of online market trends
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization for webshops
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
